Individual contributor position responsible for ensuring accurate and timely execution of operational projects. Assists with developing new processes and communicating them with all levels of field management. Serves as operations expert on cross-functional teams. Assists less experienced coordinators. Typically reports to Manager Store Ops. Typically no direct reports. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 3 to 5 years store operations experience.
The position resides in the Store Operations group. It will consist of 75% of data entry for the first couple of months of the assignment, the remaining 30-45 days of the assignment will require analyzing the data that was entered at the beginning of the assignment.
Advanced Excel experience - ability to manipulate data tables, pivot tables, etc.
Intermediate analytical skills - review large amounts of information, identify trends, summarize findings, etc.
